Remember, for a foot health professional to call themselves a Podiatrist or a Chiropodist or to use the terms podiatry or chiropody, or to simply imply that they can or do provide these services, they must be registered with the HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) It is a criminal offence for any 'foot health professional' or 'practitioner' to lead members of the public to believe they are able or capable to provide the same services as a HCPC registered foot health professional
