If you are unable to attend your appointment, then we ask that you please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges, we can then pass the appointment slot to someone else. 

To notify us of a cancellation please call 01405 764255, and leave a message if we are unable to take your call. Alternatively you could message us via our Facebook page.

NB: Please note that during busy periods or when closed, any messages left will be answered as soon as possible.
