The Goole Foot Clinic is looking for the right enthusiastic and conscientious Podiatrist to become part of our small but busy team, that we are keen to continue to build and grow, in the glorious East Riding of Yorkshire.
We’re looking for a professional who is an insured and HCPC registered Podiatrist, ideally on an employed basis (but open to discussion) to initially cover two days (one day clinic and one day home visits), with scope to increase. Days and hours of working can be flexible.
We’re less than 5 minutes walk from the train station which feeds in from Hull and Leeds, and very close to the M62/M18/A1 motorway networks.
The practice has two Podiatrists with a case load of mainly clinic but also home visits and residential care homes. We work from two treatment rooms that will allow us capacity to further develop with you, and two great clinical assistants who help manage, amongst many things, the front of house, bookings, payments, phone calls, instrument cleaning & decontamination, assisting in nail surgery and needling, and the provision of cups of tea/coffee as and when necessary (although this must be reciprocated). We use a web-based record keeping and electronic booking system.
At the moment we offer general podiatry, nail surgery, VP treatments including cryopen & needling, steroid injections and MSK/biomechanics, of which any experience or interest in developing this further would be great. We are currently in the process of introducing K-laser therapy for MSK, VP and OM, and would be committed towards any potential further development.
Salary, benefits and CPD, would be pro rate and consummate to experience and employment status.
